“On Time. On Budget. On Trajectory.”

Jeremy Murdock brings 25 years of construction, procurement, and business management experience to Trajectory Project Group — built on a foundation that most project managers never have access to.

Supply chain mastery

Before entering construction management, Jeremy led Elleti Group, a procurement company where he managed the sourcing and logistics of more than 250 shipping containers of construction materials annually. That supply chain depth gave him an early, ground-level command of cost structures, vendor leverage, and material economics that most project managers never develop — and that today directly informs TPG's ability to control budgets with ±2% variance.

14 years inside the landlord's playbook

Jeremy then spent 14 years in leadership roles at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, one of the most demanding landlord organizations in the world. There, he managed construction operations across some of the most complex, high-profile projects in commercial real estate — including the $1.1 billion expansion of Westfield Valley Fair in San Jose, the 395,000 SF expansion of Westfield UTC in San Diego valued at $650 million where he served as site lead, the City North mixed-use development in Phoenix, and mission-critical builds within the LAX capital improvement program.

Working from the landlord's side of the table, he mastered the tactics, lease structures, and pressure points that landlords use to shift risk and cost onto tenants — intelligence he now deploys exclusively in service of tenant interests.

Built from real-world experience

What sets Jeremy apart from most project managers is that he has actually built. As Chief Operations Officer of Concept Builders — a firm with over a hundred employees specializing in high-end commercial and residential construction — Jeremy oversaw day-to-day field operations, subcontractor management, and quality control at scale. This wasn't theoretical oversight; it was hands-on leadership across complex builds.

Jeremy also served as CEO of Finn Construction, where he managed tenant improvement work and ground-up construction throughout the Los Angeles area. Leading his own general contracting firm gave him an unfiltered understanding of what it takes to actually deliver a project — from managing trades and navigating inspections to solving the unpredictable problems that arise on every jobsite.

This real-world construction experience — not just a degree, but years of building with his own teams — gives Jeremy a perspective that most owner's representatives simply cannot offer. He understands the contractor's world because he lived in it, and that insight is embedded in every engagement Trajectory Project Group undertakes.

Leading Trajectory Project Group

Jeremy founded and leads Trajectory Project Group, channeling decades of insider landlord knowledge, general contracting expertise, and supply chain mastery into a firm built to give retail brands, national operators, and aviation tenants the institutional protection that was previously only available to the landlords themselves.

Under Jeremy's leadership, his team has delivered projects for more than 100 prestigious brands — including Apple, Hermès, lululemon, and Tesla — with a 98% on-time delivery rate and rent commencement protected on every engagement.

Jeremy is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and leads every client engagement with a personal commitment to precision, accountability, and one standard: On Time. On Budget. On Trajectory.
